MuV Technologies, Inc. ("MuV” or "Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access or use the Company’s Website (at muv2work.com and www.muvtogether.com), the MuV mobile application (the “App”), and the underlying technology platform, which together comprise the MuV Platform, as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect in connection with the Website and App, in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the MuV Platform.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through the Website or App or information that you provide to or that is collected by any third party. Such websites and apps and these third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
This policy also explains certain data use and data protection functionalities and practices of our online ads, such as banner ads, on third party sites. The Website and App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information, as well as real-time information about the location of your device (“Location Information”). If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App.
Your mobile device’s platform provider and/or your data carrier may also collect Location Information. Before you access, download, register with or use the MuV Platform, please review the terms of use and privacy policy of the user’s platform provider and data carrier to determine how they collect, use, and/or retain Location Information, or any other Personal Information. MuV is not responsible for the terms of use or privacy policies of the platform providers or data carriers, or the use of Personal Information, including Location Information, by such entities.
Third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. The Website or the App may use Cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Information You May Choose to PostThe MuV Platform includes features that allow you to interact with other people on the Website and in the App. You have the option to display your profile information “Publicly” or “Privately”. The default setting for the profile information that you provide will be to publicly share with other Users of the App. At any time you can select the “Private” setting in your profile to keep this information from publicly being shared to other Users. It is solely the responsibility of all Users to select the “Private” setting in order to limit the sharing of profile information to other Users. Under the default “Public” setting, any information that you provide in your profile will be shared with other Users.
It is important to understand that Users you choose to share your information with can always share your information with others. Your entry of Personal Information on the Website or in the App, including but not limited to, your request to participate in the Services, your scheduling details, your profile information, and all related communications with Users may be shared with third parties to fulfill your request. Also consider that if you choose to allow the App to publish on your behalf to a third party, anything published will be subject to that third party's privacy policy. We require third parties to respect your privacy, and your agreement with a third party will control how your information is used, stored, and transferred by the third party.
How We Use Your Information

MuV Platform Users may access your data if they have the rights to do so, or, if you have given them the right to access or see your data. The use of your information by any other such MuV User is beyond our control. Your data will be available to us and to anyone you send it to for all non-public communication, such as messages. We may store data as required when you have authorized us to enable login using external authentication and access of a third-party.
In the event that MuV is involved in an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, re-organization or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; however, the terms of this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information in the event it is transferred to a new entity.

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website or the App and accessing your account profile.

We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. MuV is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because we want to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to disclose our information practices and have our privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your Website and App access password confidential. Please do not to share your password with anyone. We also urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. Any User may view the information you share in public areas.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through our Website and App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
