MuV Technologies, Inc. ("MuV” or "Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access or use the Company’s Website (at muv2work.com and www.muvtogether.com), the MuV mobile application (the “App”), and the underlying technology platform, which together comprise the MuV Platform, as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in connection with the Website and App, in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the MuV Platform.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through the Website or App or information that you provide to or that is collected by any third party. Such websites and apps and these third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

This policy also explains certain data use and data protection functionalities and practices of our online ads, such as banner ads, on third party sites. Please note that where we have another type of presence on a site owned by a third party, such as a page or handle on a social media site, that third party’s privacy policy and terms of use, rather than this Policy, will govern, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with or use the Website or the App. By downloading, registering with or using the Website or App, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. Our policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Website and the App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

The Website and the App are not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information (see definition of this term below) from persons under 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a person under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about you directly when you access, download, register with or use the Website, App and MuV Platform and also automatically through your use thereof.

When you download, register with or use the Muv Platform, we may ask you provide information by which you may be personally identified ("Personal Information"), including:

• Basic registration information such as name, email, company, occupation, phone number, home address, work address, picture, gender, age, relationship status, and an optional personal narrative;
• User participation information such as pick-up addresses, drop-off addresses, one-way or round-trip travel needs, dates of anticipated participation, and typical time frames for arrivals and departures;
• Driver Information such as current drivers license data, proof of valid insurance and coverage levels, current “points” accrued by driver due to driver infractions, miles Driver is willing to travel per trip, and vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage, VIN, photograph); and
• MuV history of use as a Rider or a Driver, including total fares paid or collected, mileage traveled, and personal coupon code activity.

We may also ask you to provide information that is about you individually, but does not identify you, including:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Website and in the App, such as information provided at the time of registration, posting of material, or requests for participation in the Services;
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us;
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete regarding your participation in our services;
• Details of your use of your bookings and your travel patterns during participation in our services; and
• Your search queries on the Website or in the App.

Information Collection And Tracking

When you access, download, register with or use the Website or the App, we may automatically collect and aggregate certain details of your access to and use of the Website and App, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Website and App. We may also collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device's telephone number. The Website and App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information, as well as real-time information about the location of your device (“Location Information”). If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App.

Your mobile device’s platform provider and/or your data carrier may also collect Location Information. Before you access, download, register with or use the MuV Platform, please review the terms of use and privacy policy of the user’s platform provider and data carrier to determine how they collect, use, and/or retain Location Information, or any other Personal Information. MuV is not responsible for the terms of use or privacy policies of the platform providers or data carriers, or the use of Personal Information, including Location Information, by such entities.

Third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

The Website or the App may use Cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize pages in the MuV Platform, or when you register thereon, a cookie helps the MuV Platform to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your Personal Information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the Website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Services.

The Website and the App may contain small electronic files known as Web Beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit MuV to count users who have visited the pages and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

Information You May Choose to Post

The MuV Platform includes features that allow you to interact with other people on the Website and in the App. You have the option to display your profile information “Publicly” or “Privately”. The default setting for the profile information that you provide will be to publicly share with other Users of the App. At any time you can select the “Private” setting in your profile to keep this information from publicly being shared to other Users. It is solely the responsibility of all Users to select the “Private” setting in order to limit the sharing of profile information to other Users. Under the default “Public” setting, any information that you provide in your profile will be shared with other Users.

It is important to understand that Users you choose to share your information with can always share your information with others. Your entry of Personal Information on the Website or in the App, including but not limited to, your request to participate in the Services, your scheduling details, your profile information, and all related communications with Users may be shared with third parties to fulfill your request. Also consider that if you choose to allow the App to publish on your behalf to a third party, anything published will be subject to that third party's privacy policy. We require third parties to respect your privacy, and your agreement with a third party will control how your information is used, stored, and transferred by the third party.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to provide you with information about the Services and other information relevant to your participation in the Services. Other uses of the information you provide may include:

• Notification of changes in the scope or requirements associated with your participation in the Services;
• To administer your account with us to allow you to use the Website or the App; and
• Providing you with promotional material or advertisements.

MuV Platform Users may access your data if they have the rights to do so, or, if you have given them the right to access or see your data. The use of your information by any other such MuV User is beyond our control. Your data will be available to us and to anyone you send it to for all non-public communication, such as messages. We may store data as required when you have authorized us to enable login using external authentication and access of a third-party.

In the event that MuV is involved in an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, re-organization or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; however, the terms of this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information in the event it is transferred to a new entity.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of MuV's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by MuV about our App users is among the assets transferred.
• To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the MuV Platform Terms and Conditions and for billing and collection.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of MuV, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising; however, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website or the App and accessing your account profile.

You may also send us an email at [email protected] to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may refuse accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. MuV is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because we want to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to disclose our information practices and have our privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Security of your Personal Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. MuV specifically uses the following: Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2; Daily Malware Scanning; Malware Removal; Vulnerabilities Scanning; File Change Monitor; Spam Blacklist Monitor; Search Engine Blacklist Monitor; and Site Seal.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your Website and App access password confidential. Please do not to share your password with anyone. We also urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. Any User may view the information you share in public areas.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through our Website and App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we will immediately post the new Privacy Policy with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated, and the date of the most recent update will be noted.
