Woman’sRight against Infants Life

Throughouthistory, an increase in human population has played a major role inthe improvement of advancement and modernity. For instance, for thelast two hundred years, human population has doubled. Without anincrease in human population, the world’s development would not begrowing so rapidly. However, the population growth and modernity hascome with some challenges. This research intends to address whetherto draw a line and say no to taking lives of innocent infants orpermit abortion just because it is a woman’s right and privacy.

Theproblem with allowing abortion claiming it to be a woman’s rightand privacy is that, people do not consider the rights of the infantsinside their wombs. This is not just terminating a tissue since lifebegins at conception. In addition, for the reason that the infantholds a different DNA from the pregnant woman, then her rights wouldonly count for herself. Nevertheless, since the baby is a completelydifferent person, those rights should not count.

Somepeople argue in favor of abortion claiming that it is safe. However, even with improved technology, there are still cases of physical sideeffects that eventually lead to negative psychological side effects.Researchers are developing nonlethal methods of preventing andterminating unwanted pregnancies. Consequently, women will not haveto bear unwanted pregnancies, and the unborn do not have to losetheir potential lives. For instance, there are numerous ways ofavoiding unwanted pregnancies. One can choose to abstain or use ofvarious contraceptives (Reiman, 2010).

Somepeople claim that the abortion should be allowed because the motheris probably too young or unfit to take care of the baby.Unbelievably, most abortions are given to a woman in their 20`s and30`s. Additionally, there is an alternative of adoption, there aremore couples waiting to adopt, but still there are abortions eachyear. What a lot of young population miss, is that if a person thinksthat he or she is old enough to have sex, then he or she better beold enough to take care of a baby, they are a part of each other, which can be prevented, and it`s no one’s fault but their own ifthey get pregnant (McDonagh, 2010).

Thisresearch shows that researchers are investing enormous time and moneyin developing safer methods of dealing with the medical complicationsthat come because of medical procedures. However, even with improvedtechnology, there are still cases of physical side effects thateventually lead to negative psychological side effects. Researchersare developing nonlethal methods of preventing and terminatingunwanted pregnancies. Consequently, women will not have to bearunwanted pregnancies, and the unborn do not have to lose theirpotential lives. For instance, there are numerous ways of avoidingunwanted pregnancies. One can choose to abstain or use of variouscontraceptives (Reiman, 2010).

Thisresearch concludes that a person should consider adoption beforeprocuring an abortion. There are allot of people who would love totake care of a child, but they cannot conceive due to variousreasons. These people would appreciate a child obtained legally andprovide for it even better than a real parent would have done. Moreover, abortion is a legalized murder. A life is lost every time asuccessful abortion happens. However, abortion never stops beingmurder. Those who say it is justified in cases of rape or incest arenot saying it is not murder in those cases.
